Arrival & Check In
Time: 3PM to 6PM ET
Details: All guests must arrive at Troutbeck between 3PM and 6PM ET to check in and receive a rapid COVID-19 test if you have not yet been vaccinated.
Shuttles from the Metro-North train station in Wassaic will be leaving every 15 minutes starting at 2PM ET.
Once You Arrive
After you check in, settle into your room or explore the grounds.
Troutbeck is ours for the weekend, so take advantage of the pool, tennis court, or hiking trails.

Welcome Dinner & Drinks
Time: 6PM ET
Details: Everyone is welcome to join us for a welcome drinks and seated dinner to kick off the weekend.
Location: The Pole Barn
Dress code: Casual cocktail
Saturday, June 19
During the Day
Ahead of the ceremony and reception, there will be plenty to do throughout the day at Troutbeck:
Breakfast is available at the restaurant from 8AM to 11AM ET
Morning yoga at The Long Barn at 10AM ET
Lunch will be available at The Pool Grill or guests can grab a sandwich and a snack from The Pantry (located behind the main bar) from 12PM to 3PM ET
All day long, guests can pick up tennis racquets and balls from the Front Desk to take to the courts, enjoy a hike around the grounds, or lay by the pool

Cocktail Hour
Time: 6PM to 7PM ET
